 Camilla Krebsbach- Gnath
Known for his signature style of unrelenting challenge, a heart of gold and a mischievous twinkle in the eye, Steve accompanied many of our leadership and team development programmes with organisations around the world for nearly twenty years. To this he brought his considerable leadership experience in retail sales, customer service, manufacturing operations and HR development. As trainer and coach, he was a master of creating the growth stretch for participants, being sure to capture the nuances of response, emotion and revelation and craft them into  powerful learning for the people in his charge. As a coach and mentor, he would not let anyone off the hook until he had an acceptable answer to the question, “So what are you going to do now?” Steve’s ethos permeates our approach to this day. Steve took the pandemic of 2020 as an impulse to reassess his priorities and is now solely spending time with his family, playing strategic games with his new buddies and walking the dog. He remains in close contact with our leadership team as a sparring partner and mentor. We love him dearly.
